Description
The objective of this production line is to process industrial waste by crushing it into a specific size range, which reduces its volume, and to separate non-combustible materials such as metals, sand, and stone through screening and magnetic separation techniques. First, the first-stage shredder breaks down the waste into smaller fragments. The materials then enter the magnetic separator, which filters out iron-containing substances, while the screening machine sorts out non-combustible materials like soil, stone, and glass. Afterward, the materials undergo a second round of filtering in the magnetic separator. The second-stage shredder then further reduces the materials into even smaller sizes, achieving the intended volume reduction. Ultimately, the materials are stored in a storage bin, awaiting further processing or transportation.
